To: Subject: internet connection problem. Dear Sir/Madam Lately (I’m writing this on Thursday, 09 April, 2020- Passover evening), I send the attached massage to different companies in Israel due to recurring disconnections from the internet that I’m experiencing. The problem keeps coming back in every Israeli internet supplier or Israeli company supplying communication services, and I’m simply at a loss as to what to do next. Do you have any idea for finding a solution for this issue? Regards Assaf Benyamini. p.s. 1. I should mention that I’m handicap, living with the help of a disability allowance from the National Insurance Institute of Israel- and so, expensive solutions for connecting to the internet aren’t an option for me. p.s. 2. I’m located at a therapeutic center: “Reut” Organization- “Avivit” Hostel, 6 HaAvivit st. Kiryat Menahem, Jerusalem Postal code: 9650816. The hostel phone numbers are: 972-2-6432551 or: 972-2-6428351. The hostel email address is: avivit6@barak.net.il

  1. The “Avivit” hostel social worker, in our meeting on Tuesday the 12 of December, 2017 at 13:30 has forbidden me to supply any details about her or about any other employee at the “Avivit” hostel or the “Reut” organization.

  2. My mother tongue is Hebrew and my knowledge in other languages are very poor and limited (except for English at a mediocre to poor level and French at a really poor level I have no familiarity with any other languages)- and so, I will prefer, if and when I reach a computer or communication company that can offer a solution, that the dialogue will be in Hebrew.

  3. On 10 August, 2018, I’ve joined the “Nitgaber” social movement – a movement that strives to progress the rights and status of the “invisible handicaps”- that is to say: people who suffer from varied medical problems and disabilities which are not visible on the outside- which brings a vast negation of social right. I should also mention that I am among this handicap population.

The founder and manager of this movement is Ms. Tatiana Kaduzkin, and can be connected at 972-52-3700801 Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00 to 20:00- except for Jewish holidays.

To: Subject: cellular networks. Dear Sir/Madam Lately (I’m writing this on Sunday, 29 March, 2020), I was having the attached correspondence with the cell company “Golan-Telecom”, to which I am registered today, about recurring disconnections from the internet network. Are there any cell companies and/or networks in which the browsing experience might be better? Regards Assaf Benyamini. p.s. 1. A fre days ago I’ve created a new email address: assaf002@mail2world.com 2. a few months ago I’ve left my internet supplier “Bezeq international” due to recurring internet disconnections which started from September 2016 and have not been fixed by them- and with a disrespectful attitude on their end.

A request to check the network quality in your area has been transferred. We are doing the best we can to resolve your request as soon as possible.

—– Original Message —– The reception issue has yet to be resolved. The exact location in which the problem occurred is my living address: 115 Costa Rica st. Entrance A-appt. 4- ground level (it’s 4 steps if you come from the street) Kiryat Menahem, Jerusalem. Device types with the sim-card: it’s only a one cellular device (I specified the exact model type in my applications to you)-I do not have any other device. Problematic website types: when I try to connect to the social network “WhatsApp” the internet connection with the device keeps disconnecting on and off, every few minutes. In addition, the disconnections occur in almost every site I try to connect to. I should mention that about a week and a half ago (I’m writing this on Friday, 20 March, 2020) I’ve approached your service post in Malcha Mall in Jerusalem (which is not an option right now, due to the Coronavirus crisis and the movement restrictions that followed)- and your service person there explicitly said to me that the recurring device disconnections from the internet network are caused by reception problems in Golan-Telecom’s network and not by a malfunction in the device itself. Regards, Assaf Benyamini.

Hello Assaf, If the reception issue has yet to be resolved, please specify in your response to our application the following details:

  • Specific location in which the issue appears, including floor number.
  • Is the issue appearing in another device which is supported by it.
  • Device types in which the sim cards exist.
  • Problematic website types (YouTube, Gmail, etc.) For your knowledge, the reception quality is affected by a specific location and by the device type itself.

—– Original Message —– Hello “Golan-Telecom”: Following our attached correspondence, I would mention that the problem (again) repeats itself, and the internet connection in my cellular device keeps disconnecting, and another issue I have right now: the communication with the social network WhatsApp is also disconnecting over and over without any apparent reason. I would like to know how to overcome these issues. Regards, Assaf Benyamini.
