Home farming.
To: Subject: Home farming. Dear sirs/ Madames. These days I’m looking for a job. I will note that as a person with a disability I have been trying for many years to return to the job market with the help of every possible organization — and so far without success. I was thinking of an idea, which may very well sound absurd, absurd or even Stupid but after so many years in which the job search is not successful, I will still come up with the idea I was thinking about. As well known, there are farmers who cultivate their fields, or run a farm of one kind or another — and then make a living from selling their produce. I wonder if there is a field of home farming, ie: much smaller crops that can be made from a private home instead of from the field - and then sell the produce (actually it is the same principle of farm work in the field - but in dimensions and area that fit the size of a house)? Is there such an economic field? And if so - what is it called, and how can it be started (I will note that if a significant initial investment is required, I will not be able to start - as a person living on a disability pension from the National Insurance Institute this option simply does not exist for me)? So, what do you think? Is the possibility I raise practical or reasonable — or is it a silly, delusional, or even a little “disturbed” idea? I am convinced that the information is in your possession - and it is a great pity that this is the way you choose to behave towards a citizen who asks for help in such a simple matter. This is inhuman, and immoral behavior. What’s simpler than giving their email address, thus closing interest? Why do you have to have these silly, unnecessary arguments over and over again? Assaf Binyamini Since I am in solitary confinement, I am not allowed to leave the house until January 12, 2121, and therefore I am not able to go to one of the Mada or Home Front Command complexes to perform the test. In this situation, the only option is for a medical person to arrive with suitable protective equipment at home for an examination - however, as long as the 2700 * hotline can not be reached by phone, this will not be possible - and there is currently nothing else I can do. How do I make an appointment for these tests? I will note that I am at Clalit Health Fund - and when calling 2700 * no one answers the phone - and after a few minutes the call is disconnected. And when I go to the clinic where I am treated, they tell me that they cannot make an appointment, and that I should call 2700 * - and when I point this out to the clinic staff, they tell me that they have no other solution or advice. so, what are we doing?
In this situation I have no option to make an appointment for a corona test - as long as it is not possible to get the call center by phone.

No - the problem was not addressed. The municipality claims that it cannot address the problem because, according to its definitions, it is a private area, so to speak. On the other hand, it is indeed a public space, and if we, the people who live in the building, we could, and also hire a private contractor who would do the work (in practice the possibility does not exist, because the building is home to low socioeconomic families who cannot pay for such service). So, in such a case the municipality would suddenly decide since it is a public area — and then sue us for construction offenses — and that is the great absurdity that exists here. Assaf Binyamini assaf197254@yahoo.co.il To: Public inquiries Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 5 p.m. I have visited these two offices countless times before. But these cannot help for a very simple reason: the injustice of not updating the amount of rent assistance for the disabled population is a legal injustice. For this reason, only a change in the law can help. In all the times I have approached the Ministry of Construction and Housing or the Equal Rights Commission for People with Disabilities (and in recent years I have addressed, and also referred to these government ministries at least a few thousand times, and unfortunately I do not exaggerate these numbers) By the word “cruel” I mean that not updating the amount of aid causes many disabled people, who are still forced to decide between buying basic food products and buying medicines, do not meet rent payments, and as a result are ejected on the street as a result of not being able to meet wage payments. -Apartment) according to which they can do nothing since this is the law. After receiving these answers, I turn to the Knesset members, who are also never ready to act on the matter, and refer me again to these government ministries - and God forbid. And to sum up: in the amount of NIS 770 per month, it is currently not possible to rent an apartment in any area in the country - and this is all the more true when it comes to apartments that are accessible to the disabled, where the costs are even slightly higher. The continuation of the current situation in which the State of Israel insists on not redressing the terrible injustice will inevitably lead to more and more cases of disabled people being found dead on the street. what do you think? I will emphasize that I do not seek help for myself personally - but continue to look for a way to resolve the terrible distress that accompanies us, the disabled public in the State of Israel. Real treatment of these adversities should be considered instead of continuing to refer disabled people back and forth from one office to another!! Regards, Assaf Binyamini.

5) I will mention that I am a person who speaks Hebrew - and my knowledge of other languages is very limited. Except for medium to low level English and very low level French I have no further knowledge in this area. I enlisted the help of a professional translation company to write this letter. 6) The following is the wording of the letter, which I send to various places:
to:
Subject: Public housing for the transparent disabled.
A.G.N.
We, the “Transparent Disabled” movement (the overcoming-disabled movement with a disability percentage of 75% -100% that are not assisted by a wheelchair) want to draw your attention to the impossible reality that accompanies our lives. We receive a disability pension of NIS 3,217 per month from the National Insurance Institute - as well as NIS 770 per month, which we receive from the Ministry of Construction and Housing as assistance for the purpose of paying rent.
The above amount is not enough for a dignified minimum subsistence: we are not entitled to discounts on water or electricity bills - nor are we given any discount in payment for medicines we need. Public-and this in comparison to the elderly public who are entitled to many of these discounts.
Also, and despite being people with disabilities
And serious illnesses, we are not entitled to a mobility allowance, an accompanying pension or an allowance for special services.
We are forced to allocate the vast majority of the allowance from which we are supposed to exist to pay rent — and as a result many of us do not have the ability to purchase basic medicines or groceries — and are quite often forced to make an impossible choice, and also particularly cruel between the two. The day-to-day dilemma between purchasing basic groceries and purchasing medicines is not only impossible — but also inhuman toward us as human beings.
We therefore believe that the updating of the amount of assistance for the purpose of paying rent should be urgently considered, as well as the redress of other injustices and discrimination against us as explained here.
post Scriptum. This letter was sent on behalf of the “Overcome” movement and its founder, and the person who runs it today: Mrs. Tatiana Kaduchkin. Her phone number is 972-52-3708001 - and you can contact her at this number on Sundays to Thursdays between 11: 00-20: 00, Israel time - except for Jewish holidays and Israeli holidays.
7) Here are some explanatory words about the “Overcome” movement that appeared in the press:
Tatiana Kaduchkin, an ordinary citizen, decided to form the “Overcome” movement with the help of what she calls the “transparent disabled.”
So far, about 500 people from all over the country have gathered for its movement. In an interview with the Channel 7 Diary, she talks about the project and those disabled people who do not receive proper and sufficient assistance from the relevant parties, just because they are transparent.
According to her, the disabled population can be divided into two groups: disabled people with wheelchairs and disabled people without wheelchairs. She defines the second group as “transparent disabled” because she says they do not receive the same services as the disabled with a wheelchair, even though they are defined as having 75-100 percent disability.
These people, she explains, cannot make a living on their own, and they need the extra services that the disabled with wheelchairs are entitled to. For example, the transparent disabled receive a low disability pension from the National Insurance Institute, do not receive certain supplements such as special services allowance, escort allowance, mobility allowance and they also receive a lower allowance from the Ministry of Housing.
According to a study conducted by Kaduchkin, these transparent disabled people are hungry for bread despite the attempt to claim that in Israel in 2016 there are no people hungry for bread. The study she conducted also states that the suicide rates among them are high. In the movement she founded, she works to include the transparent disabled on waiting lists for public housing. This is because she says they do not usually enter these lists even though they are supposed to be eligible. She holds quite a few meetings with Knesset members and even participates in meetings and discussions of relevant committees in the Knesset, but she says those who are able to help do not listen and the listeners are in opposition and therefore cannot help.
She is now calling on more and more “transparent” disabled people to join her, to contact her so that she can help them. In her estimation, if the situation continues as it is today, there will be no escape from a demonstration of the disabled who will claim their rights and the basic conditions for their livelihood.
8) I joined this movement on July 10, 2018 — and they have a link to our website:
